Wow it’s been so long since I’ve updated this blog O.O

Well this is another painting attempt on SAI, like the last post I made (http://drakelx.tumblr.com/post/14262974871/my-first-attempt-of-lineless-painting-on-sai), except this time I’ll post some WIPs here cos I forgot to the first time ^^;

The layers, other than the rough colours, that are visible are the sketches I made to plan the painting, as well as how I plan to do the lighting.

Ohya, this is for my FB timeline cover, lol I only got the timeline function cos of the cover. So this is of Royce as a Tyranitar in his Outrage state, and charging up an Ice Beam (haha I’m planning to have him have Ice Beam when he evolves)

So my lighting is not perfect, so is my ability to plan my colour palette, so if there’s anything I could improve on, please tell me :D

My first attempt of lineless painting on SAI, after looking through some tutorials beforehand :D I’d say not too bad for a first attempt?

I originally sketched this to be a new icon since my PMD-E character Royce evolved already, so get ready to see a new icon with the same sketch?
